Join our upcoming workshop on "Understanding Immigration Waivers for Green Cards," where we explore the various types of immigration waivers that can significantly impact your green card and citizenship application process. The workshop will navigate the specific eligibility criteria for each type of waiver and provide insights into the important documentation required.

The workshop will explore the eligibility criteria for the following immigration waivers:

  •         INA 212(d)(3): Waiver of Inadmissibility for Non-Immigrants

  •         INA 212(a)(1) Waiver: Inadmissibility, Health-Related Grounds

  •         212(i) Waiver: Fraud and Misrepresentation

  •         237(a)(1)(h): Humanitarian Waiver, or Relief From Removal

  •         212(c): Waiver to Avoid Deportation After a Criminal Conviction

  •         212(h): Waiver of Inadmissibility for Criminal Acts

  •         I-601A Unlawful Presence Waiver

  •         National Interest Waiver: Employment-based Green Cards

  •         I-612, Application for Waiver of the Foreign Residence Requirement

  •         I-193, Waiver for Returning Residents.

This workshop will be presented the Nigerian Center Immigration Attorney, April Holloway, who will speak about the legal resources available to those in need. She will also be available to answer any immigration-related questions you might have.
