Know Your Rights: Green Cards for Minors - Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS)

About Event - Virtual

Do you have undocumented family members who are minors? This workshop will provide an overview of Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), a unique path to immigration status for young people under the age of 21. We will cover the legal requirements and process of seeking SIJS and SIJS-based adjustment of status, from state juvenile court proceedings to obtaining a green card and a pathway to citizenship.

This workshop will be presented by Bola Babafemi, Managing Member, The FIBI Law Center. It will also feature Nigerian Center Immigration Attorney April Holloway, who will discuss the legal resources available to those in need and will be available to answer any immigration-related questions you might have.
